The partners are hard at work!
The first open and multilingual online training course for Volunteer Coordinators in Europe is currently being developed by the project partners.
Once it has been tested and validated by the partners, the online training course will be available in 6 European languages on this webpage.
This online training course will include content for 144 hours of e-learning and will be divided into 5 units as follows:
Unit 1: Recruiting volunteers and providing initial training
Unit 2: Developing and managing projects involving volunteers
Unit 3: Organisational and human resources management in voluntary organisations
Unit 4: Communicating and disseminating
Unit 5: Networking and partnership building
